  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. PIZZA COLD, MANAGER VERY INEXPERIENCED, HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TALK ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMERS. PLACE ON HOLD FOR OVER 5 MINUTES, ONLY ANSWERED AFTER I CALLED ON ANOTHER PHONE ASKING HIM TO PICK THE PHONE THAT WAS ON HOLD. PIZZA HUT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN CALLING THE 800 # DOES NOT HELP, THEY COULD CARE LESS

  Worst experience ever. 2 entirely wrong pizzas, said they would re deliver. waited 2 hours and finally called in and said they would not deliver. Asked for refund and they said no. Had to drive back and get correct pizzas after 2.5 hrs. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

  I am so unhappy with this Pizza Hut location. It's the closest to my home and always get fast delivery, but I'd rather wait longer if it would get me better pizzas. The last few times really let down, because there is no sauce (requested regular on both pizzas tonight) and really stingy with the toppings requested also. I first called to ask for the mgr on duty tonight, but no one answered the phone!! I might have to switch to Napoli's, who I tried before and see if they can do better. Really disappointed because Pizza Hut has been most consistent favorite for years, since I can no longer get Numero Uno in L.A. Please put some sauce on your pies! All I see is crust, thin layer of cheese and can barely taste that either.

  My sister called to confirm if her order was in the system. The guy who picked up was not properly trained, he took a while to confirm, and charged us the wrong price. It's not worth it go to a different Pizza Hut or pizza place unless you like paying the wrong price for your food.
