  Absolutely horrible!!!! Placed an order and was told 30 to 40 mins. Called an hour later only to be told that it was cancelled because the driver couldn't call us. (No missed call) the person on the line was sooooo unprofessional, he kept making weird clicking noises with his mouth and kept saying blah blah blah making me feel like he was not taking me seriously!!! After he confirmed my order and phone number he hung up on me. I tried calling back to see if my whole order was confirmed. Called back 3 times with no answer. Called back the 4th time and he told me to hold but sat the phone done and i could here him talking to other staff in the background. After 3 mins of waiting I hung up.

  The food was horrible and tasted like Domino's Pizza use to taste. It wasn't even done! The bread sticks were good but I didn't pay $38.00 for bread sticks.

  I can't believe all of the negative comments! We have used this Pizza Hut store for many years and are very satisfied about 99% of the time. This is a great store! And yes, I am picky about my pizza! Someone actually gave only 1 Star because they were 20 minutes late. It was still under an hour. Then another 1 Star complained about the cheese not being fully cooked in the stuffed crust. Really? It's cheese! That doesn't mean it was raw! My goodness people!! Life happens people! Everyone, regardless of their job, makes mistakes. There WILL be an order or delivery time error. The Finest Dining establishments make errors. Once in a great blue moon we have something go wrong with our order or delivery. And they have ALWAYS kindly made it up to us. THANK YOU! TO THIS PIZZA HUT STORE FOR ALL THE MANY YUMMY PIZZAS!!!!!

  Placed our order at 5:50pm and got an email confirmation saying our order would arrive at 6:25pm. Finally got our pizza at 6:45pm with no apology from the driver. One of the pizza boxes was smashed, opened it up and cheese was stuck to the box. Our stuffed crust pizza didn't even look fully cooked. Brought the pizzas back in and got a refund. The staff in the building seemed friendly enough and did give us a refund, so that was nice. If I would have read their reviews before ordering I could have prevented this horrible evening.

  my husband placed an order today at around 3pm online. he received an update later that says the order won't be delivered until 6:50pm. it's a very snowy day today, so I can understand if they take longer to deliver. we waited until about 6 and he decided to call pizza hut. we were told that the manager decided that they won't do deliver since 2pm and that they've already called customers who ordered to notify them. But we weren't notified in anyways. no phone calls, no emails. nothing. we waited for our food patiently thinking that they're working on it. but nothing was done. if we didn't call, we probably would never even know they decided to just not deliver. so upset and would never go to this pizza hut chain again
