  WEnt in for lunch on 3-26-18 at 12:00 and lots of people working, two orders on the tv one”ready” and NO ONE took are preset, one girl in a red hat said hello, 5 minutes goes by...we have a limited time for lunch. We walked out with no pizza hope some see this who cares and does sum thing to change the way this Pizza Hut is run 🍕

  Past THREE times we got food delivered from there, the order was messed up. So, last time I called and spoke to the manager, Tory. She said she was giving us a credit and to call the next time we ordered. I called, she lied... She put no credit in the system. That was my last straw with Pizza hut. Bye Hut.. You suck NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD

  I totally screwed up a 50 dollar order today. I sent the driver to a old address by mistake. Called the manager and not only did they cancelled the order that was out for a delivery, they offered to send the order to the correct pizza hut for a reorder. What great service. I will make san marco my goto store from now on. I just wont screw it up this time.

  The saying "one bad apple spoils the bunch" is the nicest way I can say it for this location and the way I feel now about Pizza Hut as a company. Tori apparently is a manager which makes it even worse! She took my order over the phone and didn't like that I had it on speaker. I explained to her my phone is messed up and that's the only way I can hear someone. So to be passive aggressive, after waiting an hour or so for the delivery (was Friday night so no biggie), not only did she not have one of my pizzas well done as requested, she took my card info over the phone but did not run it. When my pizza was delivered it took about 15 minutes for the poor delivery guy to try to get the store on the phone to run the card. Luckily I had two dollars so at least he got a little something for the tip but would've gotten more if my card had been run when I ordered. Unprofessional much? Needless to say, it will be the last time I will spend my money at Pizza Hut because of the piss poor customer service of one person (and a manager at that) at this location.

  Great experience here. Had spoke w the order taker about my food aversion. He didn't realize an item was on the pizza I ordered. They quickly made my pizza over, minus ham with an apology. No extra charge. Very clean, efficient. Go here if you're in the area. You know Pizza Hut food is consistent everywhere.
