  Was terrible! I ordered 1 pizza they told would be 2 hrs waiting for it and it never came didn’t get a call nothing. I suggest going to any other pizza place around over this one.

  This was the worst pizza I have ever had. This location should close as soon as possible. Do not spend any money here. Normally, pizza is pizza but this was something else. Cardboard crust, no taste. The absolute worst.

  I waited 25min in the store to pick up a pizza I ordered 20min before I got there. The 25 minutes consisted of 5min service for one guest, and 10min, of no one talking to the guests(preping pizza), and five minutes for the guy in front of me to order. I know you guys were busy, but please consider ig anyone is an order for pick up. It wouldn't even take a minute to process them. Also, when I got home, one of the items wasn't what I ordered and it was burnt. Please be conscious of this when ordering here.

  I called them up, a very loud and annoyed sounding lady answered, I asked her if they deliver to my address, she said "yeah I'm sure we do, why would you call us if we didn't?" and then asked what I wanted, so I recited what I wanted to order, and asked if they had the new offer of bacon and cheese stuffed crust, and she replied that they didn't have that offer, and barely had anything advertised at all, including the desserts, she said they would call back if there were any problems with my order at all, then promptly hung up on me after I started asking a question. I live less than a quarter mile out of their range somehow, they never called back to say that there were problems with the order, and no one showed up. I called back after waiting an hour, asked them if they ever put my order in, some other employee said "oops we forgot about your order we will be delivering it soon", again, waited another hour and called back again, the same loud lady who said I could have it delivered to my house at the start yelled at me saying how I was "out of their 3 mile city range" when I was just barely 2 miles away, and said I would not be receiving my order. I did not get to eat that night. This pizza hut should be shut down for their incompetent employees and customer service, and how they treat their customers is disgusting, and can be seen in all the other reviews posted on google. Do not dare to order from this horrid location.

  This is my second time ordering from this disgusting place and I should of looked at the reviews the first time. Both times they came fast but the pizza has an awful smell and no flavor, they literally drained the flavors out of the pineapple and the cheese was gross. Plus the dough was uncooked. They should be ashamed of themselves. Pizza Hut please shut down this place they’re a disgrace to your name. I would complain to the store but I don’t want store credit to get more nasty pizza 😷😷
