  I had order online for carry out, when I went to pick up it was 5:50pm told my daughter to get off & get the pizza she was standing there for 12min no one came up to her to ask her about her order 2-3 other pplo came in and our I walked in, and asked what was going on & one of the employees asked if I’m picking up like really ,? You see my daughter standing for more than 10 min & you just don’t knowest her ? I’m 9 mo pregnant had my son & my nephews in the car not that I didn’t want to get off myself, I just don’t like leaving them inside the car on their own, horrible customer service, I walked out without my order, never going there again even tho is the closest Pizza Hut to me, I work for Restaurant corporate & there was more than 6 pplo back there doesn’t take 1 min to greet a customer or let them know you’ll be right there .

  The pizza is disgusting and taste so sweet. Cold pizza and was burnt. This is nasty. Don't come here if your looking for yummy pizza.

  Horrible customer service. I waited more than an hour for my delivery. Attempted to call them and kept getting hanged up on. The staff needs better training.

  Wow. Didn't get order right at all, barely speak English. No sauce on pizza, left out half the ingrdients and overcooked wings... In a terrible part of town so at least they are working and contributing to society. I'm sure that place has been robbed a few times cause they have to slide everything through the bars and talk through a phone like jail. I feel bad for them.
