  Amazing place, great pasta, pizza, and also meat and chicken dishes. Very comfortable yet modern dinning. Owners are very attentive to the service , and wait staff were great. I will be returning to dine here again and will be happy to invite others to do so also.

  A waitress was either new or didn't understand English well, but I didn't get a pizza I ordered. When they gave me pizza I originally ordered it tasted not good. I didn't want it. My kids already ate by that time and would not sit at the table by the time I got my pizza. So, it got stressful. Shrimp Scampy was tasty, but I never got bread on time to dip and enjoy its sause. The first time our waitress brought us a garlic bread that I never asked for. I had to ask for a normal bread. I don't mind to explain, but she acted as she got it, but everything went off. I don't know, but right now I don't feel like going back. Yeah, she didn't charge me for my beer $7 !

  The food is okay at best. It is not traditional Italian at all. This is a very American pizza place with an Italian name. The Middle-eastern owners who write the menu clearly have zero culinary/restaurant experience. Overall experience: Meh..

  There's a nice outdoor seating area. One of the options on the kids menu is that they can build their own pizza. My son enjoyed it. There are many different kinds of pizza, with other base instead of tomato

  What a great place! Pizza and pasta are amazing! Also Sundays are 4 dollar pints! Happy hour all day long!!! You Can’t beat that! They also have TVs if your wanting to watch a game.... Sam who is the owner gives great service, he goes above and beyond! If your looking for great Italian food Downtown San Diego , I would 100 percent recommend Pizza e Birra!
