Never open during posted hours! They claim to be open until 3am. I have made several trips there around 1am, i work night shift, and they are almost always already closed for the night. A few times I have called to ask if they are still open and a few times the employee has told me he decided to close up shop and won't be taking any more orders. If your a night shift worker or simply plan to grab a late bite from there don't expect them to be open even though they claim they will be. It's a wasted trip.

Not many places where you get quality food and home style hospitality customer service. I have always been a fan of the food now i do appreciate the hospitable employees. Times had been tough as of lately i may not had the chance to enjoy the food but ill be back tomorrow after i a good days work. Thank you for letting me charge my phone.

Located near UNM this is definitely aimed at the college crowd, however during the day it's a great place to get a healthy lunch. The food is consistently good and the staff friendly

I love this restaurant, they have the best food and great customer service. This is one of my favorite places to eat around UNM. I get their vegetarian pitas and they are always amazing. I highly recommend coming here for some amazing food and a quick bite to eat!

I remember my first Pita Pit experience in 2008 and it was fantastic! I kept coming back until about 4 years later when I saw service and food going down. The last time I went was 6 years ago. No one greets you and when you see workers in jeans you know it's a bad sign. I should have walked out when I saw how upset the workers were and the heat was too much for them. I ordered my usual "club" pita and watched as they continued to sweat while making my food. I vowed to never go back after seeing that. Good luck to you if you consider this place "good" like I used to.
