  4 am shift telephone guy rude ass hell. No customer skills whatsoever. Mind you I called to make sure I wrote my number down for them correctly, not to ask when I was next. Dude screamed at m and hung up on me. I called back at 4:30 pm and shift had changed to evening shift, evening phone guy answers and says yea we have plenty doors, choose one back into it then call me and tell me which one you backed into. First shift bad customer relations!! Evening shift, awesome!
