  My wife and I were introduced to Jim Loch by our realtor. We were new to buying a home and spoke to about 5 mortgage guys before speaking to Jim, all of them making promises, and not explaining anything just lots of " Don't worry " from them. After speaking with Jim two times I decided all the other guys were full of s*** , and Jim was the real deal. Jim delivered on all promises, and made the whole process easy, while answering ALL of my questions and there were plenty. We also worked with Walter on the mortgage and he was also very efficient. If you need a mortgage and want someone whose been in the business for a long time and knows how to do it go to Pinnacle. Thank you so much to Jim & Walter for all your help in helping us acquire a home to raise our girls in.

  I have used Mike Mundy & his team twice and have been very pleased with each experience. Everyone I spoke with over there is polite and courteous and Mike is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The only negative is twice we were sent disclosures mid-afternoon and told in the e-mail they needed to be signed and returned that day. Fortunately we were near a computer and could sign and scan, but providing those documents a day or two earlier (or even first thing in the morning) would have been nice.

  The experience with Michael was great but pray your interactions with Karri are few or none. She is not helpful at all, tons of duplicated work, and can be very unpleasant and rude at times.

  Quick and painless experience with Pinnacle. The whole team is excellent and knowledgeable. They were able to save us some money on our monthly payments and close a lot quicker than the original date. Definitely recommend!
