  Horrible experience. Second time trying them out and they won't do anything to help you out when you have problems. They treat you like you owe them something. Also, I once overdrafted and it was 4$ a day and a fee thats like 25-35$ even though I opted out after I paid off the balance it happen again because I couldn't close my account unless I was in Omaha in person which I couldn't be since i moved out of state. One dollar overdraft turns into a 300$ mess so be cautious as this is the only bank I know that will do that. My friend had this happen to him as well. Their online website is a hassle to use. I can never login and when I do sometimes it will block me for days and can't call them because of their odd hours.

  I have been banking at Pinnacle for 20 + years; personal and business accounts. The employees have always been very helpful and very nice. At the start of my business there were some Visa transactions that were being posted twice; at that point it was difficult to track the debits and credits to my account, and this lead to a messed up account. I took all the information to the personal banker. Not only did she balance my account, she fixed the issue that was causing double entries! Their online services are great also, no fees for online services, no checking fees! Couldn't ask for a better bank. They KNOW the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

  Totally inconvenient hours. Open for three hours on Saturday? Why even bother? Also, Pinnacle's online "services" are a complete joke. Their website looks like it was thrown together over a weekend, and doesn't provide anything but your balance and a list of transactions. Thanks for nothing.
