  To add: As of at least 10-12-17 they are no longer open till 5:30 on Thursday. When I called to ask when this happened I was lied to and told this is how its always been. The only way I have been able to come to the bank is on Thursdays because they were OPENED TILL 5:30. I can deal with them being closed but a blatant lie when you are supposed to be honest since she's handling others money! I've been with this bank for over 10 years and this is by far the worst branch for customer service. Go to the Benbrook location where Kathleen and her girls are amazing, honest, and competent. Uncomfortable the two tellers are polar opposites. One just looks and grunts at you while the other if friendly. Also one wall is completely glass so anyone walking by can see your business, its a multi business building and they don't even put your cash in an envelope. Not very secure teler desk wise, you can just walk back there no barrier. Over all this location is just convenient for were I work.

  Very uncomfortable for a person of color to be in this place. They just stare. It's pretty rude.
