  Poor quality frames, had to switch to a 2nd pair, then manager was impatient, like it was my fault frames were chipped and uncomfortable. Not worth it. Didn't listen to customer's needs.

  Marie is amazingly detail oriented. I visited her store prior to their move to Beacon and they were able to access all records from my time with them in the Bronx. They sent me the glasses frames I needed and they were perfect! I can’t imagine doing business with any other opticians. I wish them all the best!

  This place was so nice to buy from. I purchased a nice pair of glasses with a free pair of prescription sunglasses. They woman working there was so nice and supportive of me getting a new look without trying to push specific frames on me. I really love this place and we’ll be back for m wife’s frames.

  This is the best optical shop ever!!! I have been in the field of ophthalmology for years and know quality when I see it... they have the best selection of frames and the most knowledgeable people. They were so patient with me and helped me so much to make best selection of frames and lenses for my glasses. I got my 2 pair yesterday and I love them! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!
