  My wife made an appointment for 10am. They open at 10am. She didn’t get seen by her appointed person until 11:30. That’s ridiculously poor service. No apology. No offer to give her a discount. This place is not worth a penny

  Last time I went there the lady who did my nails kept checking her phone and leaving to text or whatever. She seemed to file and paint my nails without care/in a hurry, which resulted in some uneven lines for a French manicure. :( This time I went a different lady did my nails. She was better, though also seemed a bit impatient. I guess if you really need your nails done and can't go anywhere else, this place is fine, but other than that it's better not to use this place.

  Poor hygiene! They provide the illusion that their tools are sterilized with an autoclave. However, I was in the middle of a pedicure and I watched one of their employees place tools into a bag that is supposed to be sterilized with steam. This was never done. Instead the packages were distributed to the nail techniticians; customers are then left with the impression that the tools are either sterilized or being used on them for the first time as this package is opened. I gave 2 stars because they are actually very nice here and the nails are polished well.....but if you're pretending to sterilize instruments what other corners are you cutting? Bring your own supplies!
