  The coffee is about the only thing that’s good. Very average. Not the cleanest and the owner is extremely unwelcoming. It basically is like most nyc restaurants. The service is very poor!

  Seriously...THE BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD!!!! If you love S-Bucks, this review might not be for you. I respect that there are different taste buds out there, not right and wrong, just different. For me, I like a less bitter coffee. This was the smoothest dark roast I have ever had. I try every private, local blend I come across so of course I wanted to try this spot when I came to NY. It was fantastic. Go there for if for nothing else, a cup of bold roast black coffee. If you don’t usually drink it black, then this should be the first place you try to get you started on drinking coffee straight. Oh, and the food, yeah, it’s pretty amazing too. We had the Mama Lil’s sausage pizza on thin crust. They make the sausage in house, they make the pizza dough from scratch, they roast their own beans (organic too by the way). Yep, loved it!!

  I was treated to a special evening there where I got to try the pink moose salad, the chicken wings and the pizza Plus some little odds and ends like meatballs and sauce. Everything that Bass made and his staff delivered was excellent. What made it special was The Twist on the food, hidden spices herbs, the sweetness of a sauce. I loved the subtlety and the love but this man put into his food his place and just coffee. Can't wait to bring my wife back here. I made the mistake thinking this was a coffee shop. Wow was I surprised.

  A delightful new addition to the neighborhood. Exceptional food. I particularly love the Freckle Ball and the four cheese pizza. Gorgeous interior. LOVE the lavender and rose tea. They also grind their own coffee on the premises!! Owner and staff really welcoming.
