  Just spent almost 2 hours waiting on the delivery and over 30 minutes waiting on hold on the phone for someone to answer.

  Don’t get cake here. 7 bucks for a tiny piece of a stale Ralph’s birthday butter cream cake. Damn.

  Pinkdot used to be my go to for delivery but it's gone WAY downhill. Last 3 orders were 90mins-2hours plus. They always claim to be short-staffed when I call wondering where my order is, but do nothing to resolve the issue if they are. Suggested they refund only the delivery fee and was met with zero customer service.
