  I attended school in 2005. Graduated in 2007 as a Respiratory Therapist. Everything was ok until the bullying started. Even though it was quite obvious no one did anything about it. I worked as a therapist in a hospital was bullied there also. It seems to me you have to be liked to succeed. I worked with some people that now work at PMI and are bullies . What kind of leadership is this. Why would they have these kind of people there. I have been gossiped about, spread rumors by these people. So unprofessional and so much hatred.

  DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. Other reviews are correct - they set you up to fail: they will give you 2 chances to pass a practical exam that they do NOT adequately prepare you with, and if you don't pass the second try then you fail the course. Then two things happen: 1. You are still required to continue the course even though you need to retake it. If you don't continue attending then you get in trouble with attendance and 2. You pay to retake the course. Now that I am down and out, I have a job that THEY DID NOT HELP ME GET. Now one of their employees is trying to get me to sign a piece of paper saying they helped me and giving out personal information so they can submit it to the AZ Board of Education and receive grant money. It has gotten so bad that they are coming to my place of work and disrupting my duties there. They called my cell and my place of employment, sent a fax to my manager, emailed me and called me. To give you an example of the unprofessional nature of this school here it is: the subject line of the email said "Hi what Banfield location u at?" I am submitting a formal complain with the school and if that doesn't work, The AZ State Board for Private Private Postsecondary Education. Do yourself a favor and do NOT affiliate yourself with them in any way.

  Initially attending PMI I had a great experience. Great instructors and amazing friends. Due to an unexpected move I had to withdraw from PMI. Little did I know they would be demanding of their money and offer no reasonable payment plans or a grace period to start making payments. I almost immediately started getting notices of "late payments" and them wanting their money in the full amount. Upon finally getting in contact with someone from PMI I was informed my financial advisor was no longer there and the emails I've been sending for weeks about obtaining a payment plan were going nowhere. They offered me a "deal" to pay off a nearly $15k debt (for two semesters) (books were $1k+) over the next two years at $600+ a month. As a full time worker and soon to be full time student I felt that was asking for too much. If I could go back and decide to attend a regular community college I would have chosen that route instead of a $36k program that would only get me an associates degree. I would definitely recommend anyone considering going to PMI to really sit down and think about what you are paying for and how far it's really going to get you.

  Going to this school was a big mistake. They don't teach you enough to pass. They don't care if you fail or help you out. The grading is so horrible. Paying back your loan. ..they keep taking out more then what you sign up for. They never call you back.

  I absolutely love the school, staff, and teachers. The parking isn't great but that shouldn't be a problem much longer as this school will change locations. But I enjoyed my program, pass rates are high, and in my eyes the school cares very much about their students!
