::Valerie Stranieri is absolutely dreadful! And very disrespectful! Not all of us common folk are attornies who know how the justice system works. So when we call about questions or concerns it's obviously because we HAVE QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. She was extremely rude even after I explained to her the reasons why I needed her help and she just hung up on me. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or if her ovaries were yelling at her but I do know that if you are going to be working with people and have all this education than you should probably have better people skills if not find a job where you won't have to deal with people.

::A joke. Thats about all I can say! They do not give you important information in court cases, or the information is incorrect, and you find out when its too late! Unbelievable! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON YOUR COURT REQUIREMENTS SO THAT THEY DON'T MIS-INFORM PEOPLE!
