  Excellent customer service. Tracy from the office and the delivery driver was awesome. Driver asks us to examine the box and explained why its torn a little but did not damage the merchandise prior to even bringing it down from the truck. Driver help us put it inside the house since the package was over 200 lbs. Delivery was sooner than expected. Staff was very respectful and sensitive to our needs. Thank you Pilot staff😍😍😍👏👏👏
