  The dry cleaning was ok considering what they charge. What makes it worse is the lack of customer service. I waited for about 5 min till someone from the Houston Shoe Hospital checked in with me. Then it was another few minutes before the lady showed up. When I went back to pick up the coat, I had to wait yet again AND they had trouble finding the article. There was no apology for the delay. WOW!

  Took 4 pairs of jeans in to get starched for rodeo. 1- only received 2 pairs back 2- they were pressed sideways, no starch 3- almost double the cost of my normal cleaners 4- they close at 7, i got there at 6:30 and the door was locked. Worst in town.

  These idiots made my 87 year old grandmother walk around the building in the rain, because one section of this dump closes before the other..Horrible staff, horrible work ethic, and horrible prices..

  Nothing too special about this place but dry cleaners always catch a lot of flak because they cant get stains out or what have you. This location always launders my clothes well and there are always coupons to reduce the cost. I just had an expensive shirt laundered that had a sauce stain on it and they worked hard to remove the stain even taking it back and putting it through the cleaning process an additional time when they saw it wasn't up to par.
