  Inwood is in need of some decent work-out options. For years I lived in UWS, worked out several times/week, and it's been really tough to find good group classes of any sort in Inwood. I found Pilates Reforming NY & enjoy the workout, and the instructors are good. My complaint is that there are no classes during the week day - I work from home and love to work out late morning/early afternoon to take a break, so I'd be thrilled if Pilates Reforming NY added some week day classes, during the day.

  David is the best pilates teacher I have ever met! Each class is different, challenging and he always ensures your form and quality of movements are constantly improving! I would highly recommend his classes!

  The instructor moved at a good pace and was very thorough in his instructions so that although I had never taken a reformer class I felt comfortable using the equipment. He was also very motivating and checked our form to ensure we were doing things correctly.

  Love Love Love Love Love Pilates Reforming New York! Had an incredible class with David and immediately booked another class with him...his knowledge and the way he explains it really allows your body to hear and integrate it...I feel so tall, balanced and healthy...YAAY!
