  Left my key in the car as per the valet and when I came back no one was there. Waited over fifteen minutes I eventually got my own car and left. My car keys were in the car so anyone could have just taken my car and leave. If that’s the way they do things this is ridiculous. PLEASE do not park here if so take your car keys with you and park yourself no need for a valet at all.

  If i could them zero I would! I parked there for just over an hour and 15 and came back with about 4 other people. Everyone waited, but received their car. Despite seeing my car and pointing it out to the staff people who arrive 10--15 minutes after me were helped before I was. I waited 30 minutes calmly asking that the attendant to please retrieve my car. Eventually I had to move my own car as it was easily accessible, but blocked by arriving cars. I was 30 minutes late to work despite giving myself plenty of time to retrieve my car. This is not acceptable at all. Additionally, you pay the company more because you extend the time you were "parked" by waiting 1/2 hr. If you care about your time and have places to be, do not park here! And of course it's pricey.
