  I’ve been pierced here for my second hole which healed great everything was fine so now I got my third done here and the earring posts were too short and so now my ears aren’t healing and are infected, the piercer should have noticed that my lobes got thicker and reccomened a longer post. In the end it’s on ones fault but I hope I can salvage the peircing.

  I have 1 star bc there was no zero option. This is a thoroughly disreputable business. They encourage young adults, who do not have cc cards and have no financial history, to apply for one from a cc company that is even more disreputable than they -- Comintern bank -- and then refuse returns when irate parents try to return the merchandise. Stay away!!

  The booth across from build a bear manager nicole is very nasty & didnt really help much so i went down to the one locate across from gamestop & one of the ladies carol or karen not to sure of her name but she was very helpful went beyond my expectations very pleased with her customer service!
