  Horrible! Ordered a dining room table in July still haven’t gotten it and no one could tell me when or why I hadn’t received it. I’ve never dealt with a company so disorganized and stupid. After canceleing my order it took them another month and a half to send me a refund check after me calling that never recieved it. The check was sent to another address or if it was even sent out. They had no idea ... i have been dealing with them for 6 months and will never again step foot in their store. Stay away!!!

  Though I am a lover of Pier 1, I find that this one is always exceptionally decorated. The staff is super friendly. I ordered something online for in store pickup and went down before I received a confirmation email. The staff cheerfully pulled the items for me and even adjusted my order because I forgot to put in a promo code online. Awesome!
