  Stopped in last Friday 4/27/2018 at around 5:30 p.m.to purchase a item in the store. I found an item listed with a clearance tag of $4.00 which I took to the register. I was told by the cashier that the listed price was not what the item was ringing up as and that she had to call a manager. A heavy set African American woman came and said she was the manager. She told me that the red tag was a misprint and that the real price was $24.00 and that it sent to the store this way. Before I could ask her why the item has one price and was ringing up another, she started to tell me in a very rudely and disrestpectfull tone that she is not going to honor the price!! she kept repeating herself, as I stood there and watch in dismay and shock!! as she had an utterly disgusted look on her face as she snatched the item off the counter. I was shocked at the way she was behaving and I then proceeded to tell her that everything was fine, and I did not even want the item anymore!! She was not courteous and was very unprofessional.. I must say, I have been shopping at Pier One for over 10 years and this is by far the WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!. There is no way this business will thrive with such HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Nevertheless, I will never visit or shop at this store again!!. Just seeing her face is enough to chase the nicest person away!!
