  Had a nice time visiting Pier 1 Imports in Cameron Village. Staff were helpful and attentive, stores was well-stocked and spacious. There's some furniture made with actual hardwood and some nice home goods. Style is a bit dated, but probably good for a lot of Raleighites.

  What can I say, it's a Pier 1. They sell specialty items not usually found anywhere else at a modest price.

  Very nice staff. Helped me find a single porcelain drawer knob I needed that wasn't shown as "in stock."

  We were in Raleigh from Wisconsin for a wedding, and hadn't had a chance to shop for a gift. We stopped at Pier 1 in Cameron Village,, and the sales clerk was amazing. She listened to our suggestion, guided us to several selections, and checked us out--all very gracefully, and in about 20 minutes, so we were on time for the wedding. Nicely done, Pier 1!
