  Went in to pick up something specific. Browsed around for a while, found a couple of other items and went to check out. The person in front of me was buying something that had no price. The gal behind the counter was trying to find the price. There were 2 other employees on the floor. She asked one of her co-workers a question about how to find the answer and received a very rude and annoyed response. This was going to take a bit so I sat on one of the couches by checkout next to a sign that read "checkout line starts here". While I was waiting, another customer got on line behind the one waiting for the price. The gal behind the counter had acknowledged me and was aware I should be next. I mentioned to the customer that got on line that I was there and would be next. She ignored me. Well, of course that person was taken next instead of me. I didn't get upset at that. I figured okay no problem, I can wait. Then this customer needed a price check and no one would help this poor gal behind the counter. 2 other employees on the floor chit chatting while the other struggles. I see this a lot in this store. I used to work at Pier 1 and the most important thing when I was there was taking care of the customers. Drop everything and make a sale. Not here. Every time I come to this location I feel like an inconvenience to the employees. Needless to say, I left everything I was going to buy and walked out. I won't be returning to that location again.

  Terrible customer service. Avoid!!!!!
