  This involves the company as a whole! We started enquiring about a certain piece of furniture that goes with a different piece back in November, at first we were told the piece was discontinued, come to find out it wasn't it's just still on its way. Made another phone call and were advised that these furniture pieces were in transit and as soon as it arrives someone can send me an email or give me a call. A week ago one of our friends has noticed that these pieces are in store again. I rushed to the nearest store to find that they had sold the last one the day before. Checked online, not available anymore. So Pier one, why make promises to customers you can't keep and why bother only ordering 17 pieces state wide if you know very well the pieces are going to be sold out in a couple of days!! This is very bad business and you have people working in your call center that couldn't care less whether they give customers the right information or not. Every single time in store someone will push your credit card, well I'm sorry I feel so strong about this that I will be canceling my account with you. A very disappointed ex Pier One Customer!
