  Looking for gifts? You will find a range of prices for a range of cool and useful things. But most of all wonderful seasonal decorative crafty things. Nice trendy but good quality furniture, throw pillows, etc. Fun store... Huge Sales help is knowledgeable and friendly.

  Manager is rude and an overall nasty person, definitely should learn both in person and on the phone customer service. I spent a good amount of money, she should've at least been an approachable person, most especially when answering a question. In person she is standoffish, and has a face from hell, and over the phone she was straight up rude. Love Pier One, but this lady sucks.

  Excellent customer service from Ana. She really helped me a lot. Gave me fliers for my next purchase. If anyone is going to buy I suggest going to her!! very nice and helpful.
