::This Pier One happens to be one of the less busy ones they usually have an adequate selection but the staff there is amazing they're always willing to help and did you know that if you order your on light item so they don't have in the store from the Pier 1 you get it shipped for free I did not know that and luckily one of the highly skilled sales people shared that with me!

::Great ocean view, but that really doesn't make up for it. My eggs Benedict were cold, and the waitress forgot my hot tea. Someone else's dish at the table was decent though.

::Tried to return an item and a new employee helped me who clearly needed help herself. This wouldn't have been a big deal at all if other employees had actually helped her. Instead it took an extremely long time because other employees were chatting together ignoring this poor newbie as she struggled.

::This place is way overpriced for what it really is! They rip you guys off! Most of the decor looks like grandma's house from the 1980's and they rarely have any rustic/vintage decor in-but if they do have it in, it is way too expensive and it isn't even nice. My own DIY projects are so much better than your overpriced clutter from China. I am so surprised you guys are still open. Other locations have closed-not a surprise. So glad I closed my account years ago. I would much rather shop at Home Goods, IKEA, Michael's, local vintage stores, Waiyfair (Chip & Joanna Gaines).
