::Paid parking, but hard to get. There are parking lots in the area that are free if you're shopping less than 2 hours and get your ticket validated. Okay items but most of the items are overpriced. So wait for a sale or research other options. The employees are helpful if they're not busy.

::Great customer service

::I have been a loyal customer of Pier 1 for a decade; after my experience with this store they have lost me as a customer. They damaged the table we ordered and offered zero compensation, making us run around to other stores to find another without any help whatsoever. We had to go back three times because they didn't process the refund properly. Completely incompetent and unhelpful staff. It was an absolutely unbelievable experience. No mystery why these stores are closing left and right because corporate customer service was no better. Pier 1 is on the way out, and this store is leading the way.

::I've loved Pier 1 for nearly two decades...however after visiting this location for the first and only time, I can confidently say they have lost me as a customer. Anna and Gladys were working the day I was there. They were rude, condescending, and confrontational with me. I had gone in to return an item and they refused. Gladys actual damaged my item right in front of me and claimed she couldn't take it because it was damaged. Anna, the manager on duty, stood behind Gladys saying it could not be returned. Once I pointed out the "damage" was done by Gladys herself, they then accused me of purchasing the item on final sale, which also had not happened at all. It was a simple return that should have take a couple minutes and then I intended to purchase items that would work in my home. Instead I had to contact their corporate office and spend nearly an hour on the phone before they could get Anna to finally grant my return. The entire situation was absurd. It was not something I should ever have had to escalate however the demeanor in which the employees treated my mom and me was unacceptable. Clearly these two women do not belong in the retail industry, A review on Yelp said the same thing about Anna. The intensity of this event is hard to explain because it was just such a crazy situation. I will not be back. I recommend you do not go here either. Save your time and sanity and head to World Market across the street.

::Accidentally went in this place not knowing what it was and left with some cappuccino mugs for our new espresso machine.
