  Fairly underwhelming. A small trail leads you up a small hill to a mediocre view of the downtown skyline, which is partially obscured by trees and power lines. Round trip, the hike takes about maybe 10 or 15 minutes. There is potential to encounter homeless people along this trail.

  Rough hewn nature trail with views over White Rock Creek lower valley. On clear days one can see Oak Cliff and Cedar Hill. Unmaintained trail climbs up ridges and ravines.
