  This is my very favorite place in Seattle. Every time we visit we make at least three stops to pie bar. The staff are extremely friendly and very quick and the pie is amazing! The strawberry rhubarb is my favorite and they always have on the menu! I love trying their pie of the day as well which is constantly changing and a very creative pie. Love this place just wish it was bigger inside!

  The Pie bar has the best service, excellent pies to die for and a casual & friendly environment. The place is very small but if you get a place to sit at the bar or tables you will really enjoy being there. You can also get mixed drinks, food and local brews, try the APPLE PIE. #localguides

  Tasty pie! Based on the commitment to quality and small size I imagine the drinks are delicious as well. It is small and quirky so getting a seat can be less than straightforward. There is no sign explaining the system and upon walking past a curtain an employee told me I have to give a name and wait 20 minutes. Fast forward a half hour and that employee is gone but the bartender sees us and offfers an empty table, after that the service was friendly and I would def go back

  Dude. They just sell pie, and liquor. Capitalism must make this, our dream, a sustainable reality! Love this place. The deserted island pie is my favorite. Service is very friendly. Pies are incredibly good. Cannot recommend highly enough

  This is literally a hole in the wall restaurant- which only adds to its charm and cozy vibes. Best pie I’ve ever had! There are so many varieties of unique pies you can’t find anywhere else, and their cocktail menu is fun and unique. The bartenders are so jovial and warm.
