  HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE! Had been drawn to this place because 1) it has great reviews on here, for god knows whatever reason, and 2) it was in my neighborhood. I brought my watercolor painting in to be framed and was told to come back the following week. I actually ended up not going back until the week after they had said it would be done and when I returned, they DID NOT HAVE IT READY. Instead, the man (boy?) stumbled about the store looking at random frames that were in broken piles around the store, and did not provide any helpful information. The receipts are all in random piles and also completely unorganized and I would not be surprised if things are sold just so they can afford the storefront. When pressed for where my painting was, he looked at my blankly and said it "may be in a storage unit they have uptown" - WHY DID IT LEAVE THE STORE IN THE FIRST PLACE?! This place is CHAOTIC AND UNORGANIZED to a degree that actually baffles me that it's an established business. OH and my small painting was nearly $200 to frame (which wasn't even that great in my honest opinion). This place SHOULD CLOSE DOWN.

  Joe is my go to guy! Has great ideas and creative suggestions. Does all his work on premises and completes promptly. The workmanship is always outstanding. Thank you so much! I'll always be back.

  Very high quality work. They're not speedy because they're so busy (a good sign) and they're not cheap (3rd Ave in this part of town isn't cheap). Overall I'm pleased with their work and have been back.

  Great experience, brought in two photos which needed to be restored and framed for a Christmas present. I brought it in 1st week of December hoping to get it by the 22nd. To my surprise Joe got it done in 1 week. It came out amazing and can't wait to give it to my parents. Thank you very much
