::II couldn’t actually get my sandwich claimed by who made it. There is much to many people in the front. None knew who to ask besides the manager my sand which was ready when I got there. I paid for an extra egg, got one, didn’t get mayo. And the whole sandwich was a run through the flagel (Ordered over medium) Overkill bacon which was undercooked. By an 8:30 AM Wed you have to get it together. The one expediter by cashier was doing everything. Dunno who to blame here. My bike was late to dock without my even staying to make acomplaint.

::Quick service! Very fresh food. Bagels are inventive. Variety. Love the cream cheeses. Lot of choices.

::This place needs to chill out, focus on its customers and hire people who are more conscious and committed. After my order was messed up, instead of just giving me the lox bagel they made, they decided to throw the entire thing in the trash. It’s a perfect example of how a restaurant is purely interested in profits and turn overs, not being at all environmentally conscious or waste mindful. You should take a serious look at how your company is being managed in the 21st century. 1 Star would be lower. No excuse for this sort of idiocy.

::My favorite bagels in the Upper East Side. Fast service in store. Delivery is fast too.
