  Love love love taking class in Studio 2 at this location. Most barre studio have little to no natural light! This place is second only to Physique Fidi which is such a beauty! Incredible workout from great instructors always.

  My favorite of the Physique studios! Always a great workout and the instructors are knowledgeable and so friendly. Best workout that truly give results!

  I love this studio! Physique classes are so challenging and one definitely sees the results quickly - lean tone muscles. This studio is very conveniently located in the UWS and is close to both Riverside and Central parks for a long walk before or after class.

  I've taken class at all of the Physique 57 NYC studios and this is the one that has the most space and calmest environment. There are two studios that are both very spacious and even in a full class I never feel cramped. Studio 2 deserves a shout out for the amount of natural lighting it gets. Looking outside is a great distraction from the burn you experience in the thigh section of class!
