  I am so grateful to the team here for the amazing care they gave me! I went to a different clinic to remove two sutures that were ready to be taken out. After being in pain and realizing that the other clinic had not completely removed them, I came to PhysicianOne pretty frazzled and anxious. I was seen right away with no wait time. Shane, Aida, and Cory made me feel nothing less than calm and like I was in the right hands. Sure enough, an entire suture had not been properly removed but Shane and Aida took care of me. When I told them I was nervous, they were so kind and empathetic which is the best kind of environment for patients. They removed the remaining suture with minimal discomfort and I was out of there with a huge problem off my shoulders before I knew it. I am SO glad I found them and I won't be going anywhere else now that I have. The staff here is so welcoming, friendly, and professional - I can't speak more highly of my experience here. The office is clean and modern and they have a monitor that displays your wait time. I would recommend this office to anyone!!

  Easy parking, cordial greet, minimal paperwork despite it being my first time there, short wait time, brief and equally cordial address by the nurse, professional and adroit assessment of my condition by the Dr. The prescription took a minute. All of my questions were answered by the Dr to my satisfaction. Great visit.

  I have to say it was the first time that ever been to urgent care the Gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Being in the medical profession I know how thing should run an office,the assistant that took me into the office was somewhat , what I mean by that it was not a conversation past history I had to offer it up ! . I explained my situation to the doctor they came into the office knowing full well if I did not leave with an antibiotic that I would be twice is sick the next day and here it is the next day I’m twice is sick and now being put on a z-pack I think that she was being cautious but in the future I think that doctors nurses and nurse practitioners and anyone that has the authority to write a prescription needs to listen to their patient because the patient knows their body better then anyone !!!!! Would I recommend urgent care to someone absolutely however, for someone like me that has a serious condition as asthma , and bronchitis ,and history of tonsillitis ,following the symptoms I think that I needed to be listened to a little bit more ,! I will still bring them chocolates because they were amazing to me,overall

  This was one of the most pleasant doctor visits I have ever had! Everyone was friendly and thorough and attentive. It was New Year’s Day...not a fun day to be at work, but the staff was upbeat! I left with a clear understanding of what was wrong and suggested treatment. Excellent!
