  We order often from Phong May House. The staff is always polite. The food is good quality. Nothing is exceptional, nothing is bad. Their 'special combination' platters provide plenty of food for a very reasonable price.

  WORST I’ve had in a long time. Whoever said best is either a fake account, affiliated it’s the restaurant, or has never had ANY OTHER CHINESE DELIVERY. You could tell the oil used for the fried rice was old, the beef was low quality, the General Tso’s was soggy and bland, and the WONTON SOUP STARIGHT UP TASTED LIKE DIRTY DISHWATER! Terrible terrible terrible. They did make it here in 15mins though in bad weather. so I guess I’ll give 2 stars for that...

  Lady answering the phone was very rude. She hung up the phone on me when I asked her if she could do an upgrade from fried rice to lo mein noodles. Called since I felt disrespected I hung up called Chan An Chinese food they were able to do all the upgrades even threw in a free egg roll.

  We ordered quite a bit of food - 4 dinners, an appetizer, soup and a side. The man that took the order was extremely polite and we were given a total before we hung up. The food was ready on time & was very hot even after getting it home. The food has great - no hint of overpowering flavor or salt. It was much like a sit down resteraunt. We'll definitely be ordering from them again.
