  Landfill container went missing from the alley about a month ago. Reported and requested a replacement on 1-22-18. I was told it would take about 1-10 business days to " indefinite". Still haven't received one! Called again on 2-8-18, spoke to " supervisor" Jim, and asked for a credit on my bill since I was being charged for a service I wasn't receiving. He did not resolve the replacement issue but flatly stated no credit would be issued. Zero customer service, complete incompetence and billing for services not rendered!!! I would give them a "0" star rating ( like their service!) but that is not an option.

  I had the mispleasure of dealing with Betty at the refuse station on 27th Ave. Betty's interaction was very rude and dismissive it's not because we are dropping off garbage that we should be treated as garbage
