  Unfortunately I have to agree with the other review. Phoenix Practice Solutions or Phoenix Medcom- this company is not legitimate. I had a very bad experience with this company and felt very uneasy working with my license knowing that I may be putting it on the line because of the way they perform their work. It is blatant insurance fraud and I wish that I had realized that before signing on. If you are a hospital/provider, or a potential contractor please be careful. I have heard about investigations and such due to their activity. Aside from that, the work environment is based on favors, talking behind backs, and making fun of people. It was not a pleasant experience by any means.

  Terrible company that does nothing but commit Insurance Fraud on a multi million dollar level every day. Don’t be fooled by their 3.8 stars on Indeed as their “Manager” sent out an email to their current staff on January 11th, 2018 requesting them to provide great reviews as they only had actual honest reviews rating them the lowest they could be! Phoenix Medcom is built on nothing but lies! Be aware ;)
