  Having had laser before at another place, VERY disappointed. Think they have a just short of a racket going. Had touch up on lower legs, totally ineffective & waste if $. Had lip area done for first time. Again, 8 treatments & then they said I would need more. And I am not that hairy!! Bad experience & waste of both time & money & no results.

  I have been coming to your Center for laser hair removal, three times total with more visits to come. Let's get to the heart of the matter, I arrived for my second appointment and I was informed that the laser machine to treat higher Fitzpatrick skin was broken. Why wasn't I informed this prior to me going there. It was a waste of my time. Then, they told me they were going to call when the machine was fixed. I never received that phone call. I called them two weeks later and asked what was the result. I was informed the machine had been fixed a while ago. Then today, February 9th, I go there and check-in for my appointment. They asked me to sign in and seat myself. Then they tell me 15 minutes later that a technician is working on the machine. Again, Why couldn't they have called me to tell me that prior to me going there and giving me the option as to whether I wanted to wait. Additionally, why couldn't they have told me that when I initially checked in so I could anticipate what I needed to do. I asked them to call me when the machine is fixed, again, I wonder if they will. The technicians do a wonderful job but customer service is really lacking and it appears to be a pattern. I like going there because it is close to my job, but I do have a job and if I can't be afforded the courtesy of a phone call when the machines are broken then let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere.

  I love this place. It's centrally located, parking is free. Everyone here is exceptionally nice. I had numerous services done here, and I am really happy with the quality of products that they use here. My esthetician Bree, is so helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoy, and look forward to my visits here. They always take really good care of their customers. I always get a text message reminder about my appointment. With a busy lifestyle, I really appreciate the reminder.

  Came here for Botox. It did not work and they will re-do it. They take care of their customers

  I love this place! Want to tell everyone (including her boss) that Rachel is awesome! She's professional, friendly, and very skilled at her job. I'm so happy to have found this place. Very pleased with my treatments!!
