  Ordered a corsage and boutonniere weeks in advanced till the pick up date. Go to pick them up boutonniere was not made and did not match the corsage. Only got to wear my corsage for about at hour when it completely fell off the bracelet. Keep in mind I wasnt doing anything but sitting and it came apart. Do not recommend coming here. It is bad business.

  I wasn't greeted when I walked in even though employees were standing and chatting. They don't have much selection for premade stuff, so I had to wait for them to make one. They also didn't have a box the right size to transport my arrangement and so it took longer for them to find something. I'm guessing most of their sales are online or over the phone. It would probably be easier and cheaper to go to the Fry's nextdoor.

  I attempted to order an arrangement online, but was having difficulty completing the transaction. The over the phone help that I received was perfectly congenial and informational. I'll be going back!

  Ordered online and when I went to pick it up, the order was not what I saw online due to a bouquet name mix up. They recognized the discrepancy, spent a few minutes in the store to fix it and gave me extra flowers as part of the arrangement. They were quick to fix the mix up, very nice, went the extra effort to make it right and the flowers were beautiful. Thanks!
