  Good place...I'm from California but was in Phoenix Arizona for a week and I took my two baby kittens on the trip my boy kitten got sick which i thought had happened out of nowhere when I initially went in the lady at the front desk had told me that they weren't going to be able to see my kitten because I needed an appointment and all vets were busy and had recommend another pet hospital that was 15min away and I didn't have a car at the moment so I told her I couldn't go there my kitten was barely breathing so she called it in as an emergency vet came out to take a look at him and informed me that unfortunately there was nothing they can do he was at a no save point and he was agonizing and taking his last breathes, she recommended to euthanize him to not have him suffer so we did just that it broke my heart but apparently what seem to be the problem Well it wasn't 100% for sure but the vets best guess was that he had some type of virus or some other issue that I didn't know he wasn't showing any signs of being sick days prior and the morning of when I took him anyways sad that I went back home with only one kitten but the staff were all great and helpful I would definitely recommend this place

  Huge relief when I had an early morning pet emergency and this place was able to get me in quickly. From the point I checked in all the way until my follow-up phone call, I felt like the staff really cared about my furry family. They answered all my questions, explained what they had done for my cat and why, and then called the next day to check that I didn't have any additional questions or that there were no bad reactions to the medication they sent home. If you get stuck having to go to the vet, I would recommend this place.

  Got us in quickly for a sick pup. They have in-house lab that told us (luckily) it was not parvo. They administered antibiotics, fluids, etc... Incredible staff, doctor, receptionist, veterinary assistants. Pricing was comparable to location. Highly recommend if you're in the Midtown Phoenix area.

  I brought my puppy in because he completely stopped eating. I called in, explained the symptoms and was in the office in a couple hours . My pup was diagnosed with parvo and it's a tough virus to fight. The vets here provided me with options to save my pup. I was instructed how to inject needed fluids, how to administer the types of medicines with a time schedule and best way to get my pup eating. Special thanks to Kim and Lara! You guys are the best, I appreciate both of you for saving blue.

  I recently just went to this place yesterday and let me tell you they are the most helpful and kindness people I have met. Receptionist was the best I have ever experienced since I left California. We called and lucky they were able to fit my fur baby Luna in since she was dealing with a cold. Doctor was great right away she knew what was wrong and by the time I went to go pay the bill they had her medicine already to go for us. Definitely going to make this place my primary place for my little puppy Luna.
