  Beautiful building, inside and out. Very helpful staff helps you find what department you are looking for quickly. Cafeteria with great views.

  My landlord turned out not to be my landlord. The building is home many city services as well as the City of Phoenix Housing department. Information is plentiful but if you have a problem that goes beyond a few questions you will have to do it yourself. Take pamphlet or 10 with you!

  Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Getting a demo permit was quick and painless. Parking garage right across the street.

  I work near this building and it definitely stands out. I've eaten lunch in the cafeteria and have sat outside enjoying the fountain in the front of the building. The parking garage is across the street on the south side.
