  This was my first time at this location and it was absolutely ridiculous. The P.A I saw was the rudest medical professional I've seen in a long time. The appointment lasted 5 minutes maybe, and she said to me if you become a patient of mine I will take all meds away from you. I told her I'm only here because my Dr wasn't available in time. I was polite and answered her questions but she still was very rude. I do NOT recommend this location or this "Dr". My normal location is amazing and I will stick with them.

  Please note: If you are a person of the same nationality of the Main providers there you'll have a better chance of being treated with dignity and respect it seems based on the positive reviews listed. If you are not, do not entertain the Idea of being seen here for treatment. Do not go here, do not make an appt, go elsewhere, anywhere is better than this place. The PA is absolutely rude and makes you sound like your being difficult and argumentative when you ask questions and have concerns. Turns you away with no explanation and treats you like you're a waste of their time. I left the office baffled and shocked. I don't know how Providers can get away with treating people in a disrespectful manner when you ask questions and ask for help. I can describe this office as Disgusting, Dark, Depressing and Degrading. It's PA's like the one there that discourages people to seek medical help. I wish I read previous reviews before setting an appt but I went on blind faith and a referral from my PCP to this office. I wont do that again. Do NOT go here. Anywhere else you will be treated like a human being and not like a waste of space. I can't warn people enough. Please go some where. This place is bad news and surprised it's even open.

  Long Review, but I’m tired of this place. I liked them at first, basic health care can’t be too mad about it. But then my regular doctor left, Had Dr. Richardson as my doc for a follow up at urgent care, which took far too long to get scheduled because everyone over the phone is incompetent. the nurses at Urgent Care all said I needed to get my tonsils removed and I should see an ENT, and to get a referral from my primary doc. So I went, he didn’t seem to care too much, looked at my tonsils, said “they’re not that big” like yeah… I’m no longer sick, but they’re still irregularly sized and cavernous??? He said “they don’t really do tonsil removals anymore” which isn’t true. Didn’t understand why I came in. Told him multiple times that I was told to by urgent care to get a referral. I also asked about finding a new GI doctor since I was already there, and asked for referral for that as well. He finally said okay, and I went on my way. They had asked how far I’d like to travel for the ENT, asked what city I live in, so they could find one. Then when I get the call they gave me the info the ENT, but not the GI doc. The ENT they referred me to has HORRIBLE reviews and is not close to me whatsoever. Annoying as all hell. Had to find one on my own. Which is fine, but why did I even come in. This was in June last year. COME TODAY. They called me and asked when I’d like to schedule Chlamydia testing. I haven’t been back to them since June. Never mentioned any issues with that before. Don’t have any issues regarding that at all. I asked what for and all the lady on the phone said was preventative measures and for insurance. Care to elaborate?? I was busy at the time so I just quickly said I have no need. We hung up. I realized that was odd, so I called back shortly after when I was free, and the lady that answered just did not understand what I was asking what so ever. Kept asking if I was scheduling the appointments NO! How many times do I have to tell you? I just want to know why you’re calling about that when I’ve never needed it done before. Kept asking irrelevant questions for most of the call. Finally she gives the phone to the lady who called me originally and I had to basically pry it out of her that it’s just something insurance recommends if needed. Maybe mention that in the first place if your patient seems confused? Just a thought. Made it seem like I was the one who wanted it when I in fact don’t. Overall, there are MUCH better offices to visit for primary care. I swear almost all of the people here lack empathy and brain cells. There was a few nurses and front desk ladies there that were SUPER nice and comforting, but it’s not worth the rude and dismissive doctors and irritating phone calls. Go elsewhere.

  Honestly, I would not recommend... they act like they hate being there nurses are the only person I'd be okay with talking to doctors here DO NOT care about health . I had two underlying issues n conditions they turned away (they didn't see anything wrong) which for me causing more health issues. They do not care they use your race against you . They act like it wasn't ur race . Even throughout all this I have been nice tried time and time again . And I still never get the help I need for my medical conditions. Please find a better doctor clinic I would hate to see someone take a kid here n them say nothing is wrong . Kid , adult , no one deserves this kind of treatment . Thank you for taking the time to read this.

  Do not go here. Specifically Dr. Charles Alan Richardson. The level of care I received here is unlawful. I receive random bills for visits I never had. I've tried to have x-rays and other images sent here and the company seems to lose all records every time. Seriously do not go here.
