  What a warm cozy nook, friendly staff and Phil cooks his ass off. Authentic Puerto Rican food and music. All your sports events on multiple screens. Street only parking but its well worth it. You will keep coming back to Phil's, i did.

  Fantastic food and drinks, nice ambience. They make you feel like you are part of the family! This a great place and they have Salsa on Fridays and Saturdays. Reasonable prices.
