  The service was too notch and with a smile too! The candles and all the black hardwood accents really sets the tone for a wonderful night. Man, all that wood sets a tone especially with all the candles everywhere I dont think I saw one electric light in the building. I would recommend the lobster its delicious this 5 star restaurant is top of the line. And it doesnt say this on the website bjt there surprise there was a comedy show as well. I wish I could give it more stars. Bring the family!

  It's always great !!!!! The staff is always friendly and attentive it's especially one person there that I want to point out I don't know her name but she is always friendly and helpful no matter what and I appreciate that even when she is off the clock she is still amazing I love the pretzel factory on s 11 th st

  Just average pretzels. You would think that for a "factory" they would have fresh warm pretzels most of the time. However the pretzels are always sitting around and no better than a pretzel you can get at Wawa. The cinnamon twist pretzel looks so good in the picture but is just not good. Again it should be served warm but isn't. Also a cinnamon pretzel should generally be soft. This one is hard.
