  I needed to change my broker for my Home owner insurance after discovering some major gaps in my policy liability coverage which my last broker failed to bring to my attention. after doing some local searches on line , I found Philips. I met with Chris the broker and he showed me the ways to fill in some of the things that concerned us. he actually extended some liability coverage to our vacation home previously not covered and with a few tweaks actually lowered our premiums a little bit. His industry knowledge was impressive and personal service was top notch. at the end of the day our coverage was better and our costs were less. I would highly recomend them.

  Stay clear of this agency. Very rude customer service. There are many better options available. Give them a call and they answer by saying "Insurance" and nothing else. After I asked to be treated with more respect, they hung up the phone on me.
