  My consultation with Liv was so helpful. She made sure that I wa aware of the full process of getting a fantasy color in my dark hair. She talked about risks, benefits, time cost, and financial cost. She gave me all of the options and did not make me feel bad when I realized it was out of my budget. She made me feel so comfortable and happy to have at least gone it. I will definitely get my hair trimmed with you guys. I SO wish I could afford a full fantasy dye

  My appointment at the Phia salon was overall good. I was looked after in a timely manner and the stylist was professional and courteous. My hair is still recovering from the changes we have made, but since that was to be expected I can't complain. Everyone that has seen my hair has loved it and although I am still adjusting I think I'll end up being happy with it too. For the money, I would say I got what I paid for. It wasn't awe inspiring or life changing, but I don't feel super cheated either. I have no problem going back there to have my hair done again. My stylist has checked in to ask how my hair was doing and I appreciated that.

  Incredibly happy with work performed by stylist. She took my ideas and applied them perfectly to give me an amazing new look. The staff greeted me warmly immediately upon entering and offered me a drink. I asked for a water and it was delivered promptly. I love my new style and feel like I got a great experience while at Phia.

  Every step was great. Easy to book an appointment. Friendly greeting and short wait time. Love getting a coffee while waiting. Conversation with my stylist was easy. She understood right away what I was looking for and gave great advice. The services I got were perfect (scalp treatment, mini-facial, cut and blow-out). The assistant was great too. It was time well spent.

  My stylist Lacey always does a great job with my hair. She always cuts it how I want it and once I dyed the under part of my hair blue and she did an amazing job! The color was perfect and the way she did it did not make my hair look like I just dipped it in blue dye. I would definitely recommend Phia to anyone I know because it has a fair price and I also love the mini facial!
