  Don't go here if you want a fair review for delivery case! The counselor I saw said simply because I got charged with a dwi I have a drinking problem. I made a bad decision one time and I have a drinking problem?! I went to bear mountain counseling and got a positive review for my case.NO DRINKING PROBLEM. when I called the tasc office in white plains they told me that they have issues with the reports given to them by Phelps! I then asked "why do you have them on your lists of counselors!" DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Also that one session was $500!!!!
