  The epitome of shop local! The staff are knowledgeable and upfront which is always a plus.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are higher than the bigbox retailers, but the animals are treated better and the staff actually knows what they are talking about. I'd pay extra for better service anyday.

  I love shopping at Pet Zoo because, one, it is a locally owned company which I am happy to support, and two, and especially, because the service cannot be beat. The entire staff is so informed on issues relating to my dog. I love my vet, but it's wonderful when Pet Zoo staff can save me vet bills by helping me diagnose a pet food allergy and suggest an over-the-counter remedy for another health problem. I appreciate the attention, the information, and the return policy. It also pays to be a 'member' and receive occasional generous coupons.

  Bought. Hip and joint liver flavored powder vitamins for my German shepherds. They love it! And my boy picked out a ball love petzoo

  Great place and knowledgeable staff. They take in animals that people don't want and the staff are almost always ready to help you. My only real complaint is that have been times when the employees haven't been very helpful or keen on helping, but I received both of my rabbits from this place (one of which was a rescue from a petting zoo). Great spot to go if you're looking to support local businesses. Their pets there always seem to be in excellent condition every time I've gone as well!
